=.=" something veri scary happened in my ward today..


one of the stuff nurse was happily feeding bread to one of the patient who was from imh and will be discharge today in the evening.. we will happy chatting away and saying tat this patient was so cute and smart.. den the next moment this patient sudden get choke by the bread.. and go into cynosis!! first time in my life i see patient going into cynosis state.. his face really turn bluish.. den the stuff nurse quickly turn the patient to lateral position and dig out the food in his mouth.. at tat period of time i was thinking will he die of choking..



luckily he got save by the stuff nurse.. and now i really noe how it look like when patient is in a cynosis state.. phew!!



here are sum of the new thing i hab learn in hospital this few day.. collecting of urine c/s and FEME, gab medication, gab injection although i still didnt learn yet.. pethidine and maxolon intramuscular to a patient to relief his pain cox he is on traction.. and i also manage to see doctor inserting urinary catheter for male patient.. hopefully next week i can get caroline to assess my dressing, off plug myself, gab feet edema or suppository and suctioning..
